charmed family stay
fantastic locationquiet roadfluffy robes
i found the location fantastic. the beach is across a quiet road. views from the rooms are amazing. we had a family room and the bedroom was huge. there were beanbags for the kids to chill out on in front of the tv. there were fluffy robes provided for when you used the swimming pool, really convenient.

the family room included bunk beds in a recess. tea and coffee were available in the room. adult and kids fluffy robes and slippers were provided for pool use. a generous number of towels were available.

the hotel provides a swimming pool, an indoor soft play area just off the restaurant and an outdoor adventure play area. there are cubby holes for games, books, table football, and pool. a cinema is available.

breakfast offered a plentiful selection. a bedtime milk and cookie stall was set out in the evening. warm croissants and pain au chocolat were available at breakfast. the dining area includes play areas.

the staff were cute and friendly. they even found a charger for us to use when we realised we had forgotten ours. the staff showed genuine care about the guest experience. dogs seemed welcome at the hotel.

I definitely loved that the hotel had so many things to do for my family. It catered to all ages. the cinema was a hit, as well as the gaming zone. i also found a surf shop inside the hotel, convenient.
It could benefit from some tlc.

our room was spacious and clean. i appreciated having a sea view balcony room and the wonderful view. it was nice to have hot chocolate and an array of teas available.

the staff provided a warm welcome from the minute we arrived. every single waiter, waitress, bar staff, and housekeeping were very nice. their attention to detail. i appreciate their hard work!
