sea view helpful staff fresh towels
the sea view from my double room sea view was amazing. i could easily walk to the beach. the staff was helpful with directions. the room had fresh towels. i also found tea and coffee in the room. the bed was firm, but good.
the lift made a strange noise.

Admiring stay at the Seafront
staff willingness room servicing sea view
I was impressed by the staff willingness to assist with requests. Regular servicing of my room was efficient and unobtrusive. I found the overall experience highly satisfactory, and the location offered great access to local amenities. The sea view from the room was beautiful.
I observed some decor in hallways. There were some unfinished paint spots. A bit more attention here would elevate the visitor experience.

false alarm expensive snacks
The fire alarm activated four times . One instance occurred at 4 a.m. this woke me abruptly. the bar was closed, so the hotel did not serve alcohol. soft drinks and snacks were available at reception, but they were overpriced. water pressure was inadequate and ceased functioning four days into my stay. i moved rooms and consequently had access to two rooms should i have wanted to use them both.

a practical stay near the town centre
convenient location helpful staff reasonable price
The location was really convenient. i easily walked to the town centre and beaches in just a few minutes. It was very accessible. the staff at the front desk were helpful, especially with directions. i found the price reasonable for what i got, given the location.
the lift was out of service during part of my stay. it meant i had to use the stairs with my luggage.

The breakfast offered a made-to-order service, allowing a variety of choices. the restaurant area seemed clean and well kept. Everything was orderly. the coffee machine was modern and easy to use. It helped start the day right.

The hotel's proximity to the town centre was definitely a plus. access to public transport was convenient and reliable. it was easy to reach beaches and local amenities without needing a car. I liked that a lot.

broken lift obstructed view
The lift was out of service . Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs became necessary. The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably between scalding and cold. Adjusting it was a constant battle. The water pressure was also poor. It. I found this quite frustrating. The promised sea view was obscured. It was blocked by another building..

Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff great location
The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even brought two sausages for my dog! The location is also GREAT. Everything I needed was there.
My room was really outdated. The wardrobe was literally hanging apart and not working properly.

Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. You could enjoy a full English breakfast with yogurt, toast, or cereal, or even a bit of everything if you wanted! The food was AMAZING!!!

The location is breath taking! I enjoyed surprisingly good value for money considering it's so close to the sea. I also liked how close it was to restaurants and shops.

The rooms were very big and clean. There was also a TV, shower, and bath accessories. The beds were comfortable with different pillow thicknesses, which I found very accommodating.

clean room comfy bed gorgeous views
the staff helped me. the room was clean and the bed was comfy, i had a double room sea view! the view from the bedroom really wowed me.
the windows did not open wide enough.

Staff at reception were nice, friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance and solved all the issues. i felt welcomed, and that definitely added a lot to my experience.

the hotel had a wonderful location, near the train station, so getting around was easy. it was also very close to the center and zone of the pubs, great, though the parking was expensive!
