art deco cozy room excellent dinner
I found the art deco ambience really charming. the room felt cozy, especially with a large bed. dinner here was a treat. Everything tasted great! breakfast was also excellent, a lovely way to start the day.
the cold tap in the bathroom felt a little loose.

the downstairs bar features comfortable seating and a wide selection of beverages. the decor includes vintage lighting fixtures and several art pieces on the walls. breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

really good stay
spacious room complimentary port excellent linen perfect location
the room was very spacious. complimentary port and truffles enhanced my welcome. the towels and linens felt of excellent quality. the hotel is minutes from the river and the heart of the city. breakfast had extensive options. the location is perfect for exploring. the bed proved very comfortable.
I experienced a slight delay upon arrival. The room was not quite ready, apparently because of a late linen delivery. a complimentary drink offered some compensation

wonderful stay
room size homemade port flexible checkout
the room was a GREAT size and beautifully decorated. lovely touches included homemade port and chocolates. the staff were accommodating when i needed a flexible checkout after a hospital visit. PERFECT location and great value.
Their website shows light, airy rooms. My room did not have windows i could open more than 2 inches.

divine smell welcome drink helpful staff
The room had a lovely shower. The products had a divine smell. A handwritten note and complimentary welcome drink awaited me, along with homemade gluten free brownies. All the staff were cute, helpful, and friendly. I did not want to leave. A dog bed, bowl, and treats were waiting for my dog in the dog-friendly room.
I noticed the room was a little dusty in places, slightly disappointing.

I appreciated the personal greeting with homemade port and a sweet treat. The super clean room was spacious , and the bed was comfortable. The attention to detail, I am grateful for the experience.
