the location allowed easy access to both peaceful walks and city conveniences. dog-friendly policies were very appreciated, i always felt welcome. breakfast had varied options in a bright conservatory. the bedroom had quirky decorations and a very comfortable, large bed.
The landing motion detector took a bit to activate. Lights turned on after a short delay. i would have prefered a quicker response.

The included parking was useful, making it easier to explore the surrounding areas.
The room service was slow. I placed an order and waited over an hour for it to arrive. The food was cold. The minibar was not restocked daily, as advertised. Some items were missing after the first night. THESE issues impacted my stay.

leftover glasslacking cleanliness
The room cleanliness was not GREAT. A leftover glass sat on the bedside table, obviously missed by cleaning staff. Cobwebs were present in several spots, and the bathroom needed better attention. I expected A higher standard.
