The staff was lovely. they ensured i had everything i needed and they were very attentive. the location allowed me to easily explore nearby shops and attractions. the room included warm robes. I found that very luxurious.
The room was quite small. storage space was limited making it difficult to unpack properly. some noise from the street at night was noticeable. it interrupted my sleep a bit as i am a light sleeper. The bar across the street seemed busy.

my room felt somewhat compact for my liking. the absence of an elevator presented a challenge with luggage.. i found navigating the stairs a bit difficult. street noise proved bothersome at times.
