adequate caravan park.

the staff was friendly. everyone i saw was cute. the children enjoyed the climbing frame play area. the food in the site restaurant was also good. there were also bar games so we learned how to play darts. it was a quiet site.
i booked accommodation with a balcony. i didn't get it. the stairs at the French door area broke and was dangerous. the WiFi didn't work, they fixed it by adding us to a neighbor's internet, but it was hardly working.

mixed experience at the resort
unprofessional stafflimited amenities
the bar staff could improve their professionalism.. on one occasion, i witnessed a staff member behaving unacceptably, shouting and slamming items, unsettling, especially with a child present. getting charged different prices for the same drinks on different days also seemed odd. i also found the limited on-site amenities disappointing, especially the lack of a shop for everyday essentials.

The caravan was gorgeous. Check-in and check-out were quick. The location is great, close to both Perranporth and the facility. The pool is a good size and the water temperature is nice.
There were certain kitchen items missing. I noticed no frying pan lid, spatula, or oven gloves. I did not see a measuring jug or bowl. The oven expels air directly towards the sofa, a poor design.

The caravan was spacious and had a terrace with seating.
I was disappointed by the clubhouse hours. It was shut three days of the week, and on the days it was open, it didn't open until 3pm. The pool also closed early at 4pm. The food was awful. It was burnt, and my kids only got their mains even though I paid for starters, mains, and puddings.
