the staff were cute i appreciated that. the location was very good and offered lovely views of fistral beach. i found a good selection of drinks at the bar. the hotel also had convenient parking behind the building.
the bathroom was quite compact i noticed. the restaurant seemed understaffed when large groups arrived. individual guests seemed secondary at those times. it was not the best situation.

The bedroom had a smart shower and a window seat. Breakfast cost £15. The menu had many options. The scone and jam were very lush. Parking behind the building eliminated any concerns.
The room was very small, and it was not spacious.

the location was fantastic. the view from the room was fine. i could see fistral beach and the golf course. the food in the restaurant was gorgeous.
the size of our room was an issue. we were given an small double room. they admitted that they should not have given us that room , but they could not move us. i felt the room was more like an economy double than a double.

I enjoyed the balcony. It provided an amazing space to soak up the coastal views. the breakfast was lovely. I especially loved the full cornish breakfast. i found the staff to be friendly and cute. They provided excellent service. i was happy to find dog-friendly amenities available. A bowl, mat, blanket, and poo bags were provided.
i noticed some wear and tear on the paintwork in the staircase, which could use some refreshing.

The staff showed genuine hospitality. They were always smiling. their attentiveness greatly contributed to my overall experience. I felt valued as a guest. i would especially like to thank the reception for being helpful.

The room was clean and peaceful. It included a really comfortable bed, which i found conducive to restful nights. decor was fresh and tasteful. a lift accessing the rooms was available.

The hotel's location is perfect, offering proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I enjoyed exploring the nearby area. the setting provided easy access to nearby attractions. the superb terrace featured burners.
