amazing stay!

The location is superb with convenient off-road parking, a real bonus! cindy and ashley, the hosts, are so warm and cute. they clearly work hard to ensure everyone has a fantastic experience. i even received a cream tea and fresh fruit to take away with me. That was totally unexpected and so generous!!!
the guest house does show a little wear in some areas, but it is only minor and does not detract from the overall great experience.

the hotel is located very close to shops and bars, it is so convenient!!! lusty glaze beach is within easy reach for sunset pizza, so you can enjoy a quick walk. the area is quiet at night.

I liked the quirky bits and bobs throughout the hotel. the breakfast offered tasty choices. I found it very satisfying! the comfy bed ensured restful nights. i also enjoyed the english sweets, evoking childhood memories.
The toilet seat in the bathroom had some peeling paint. It could use a replacement. this was a very minor detail, easily overlooked given the overall positive experience.

adequate but flawed stay
poor paintworkdamp smell
the bathroom needed attention. the toilet seat had obviously been painted by hand, a rather poor job it must be said, and really should be replaced. there was also an unpleasant smell of damp in the passageway leading to my room (i was in a ground floor room), an issue that i hope is addressed soon, (the rest of the hotel was fine, though).

The location was excellent, and I left my car parked, as I could walk everywhere. Cindy was very cute. She. The breakfast had a homely feel, and I enjoyed the good quality linen on the comfy bed. I was given fresh fruit to takeaway. This was totally unexpected.
