Sarah was a very hospitable host. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and cafes. the full english breakfast included homegrown produce. It was delicious and a real treat. i found the room very clean and well-kept

sensitive lightslow drain
The bathroom's sensor light was overly sensitive and kept turning off while i was still in there (quite annoying!). the shower drain was also slow. I was practically standing in a puddle. it felt cramped. the toilet seat kept moving.

Really good Stay

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. The room included dressing gowns and slippers. Breakfast, cooked by Sarah, was a highlight of the stay. The guesthouse offered safe parking.
I found the lighting in the room to be somewhat dim , making it difficult to read in the evening.

The location is very convenient. Shops are situated just opposite the accommodation. Lusty Glaze is reachable within a short ten minute walk, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities.

Breakfast had a really good choice.
The bathroom sensor light switched off while I was still using the bathroom. The shower drain drained very slowly. The lighting in the room was dim too.

The continental breakfast I ordered sufficed. There was a selection of breads and many jams were present.
The bathroom had an issue. The sensor light would extinguish while one was still inside. The shower drain also had a slow draining speed. Lighting within the room proved insufficient.
