a somewhat underwhelming stay
convenient locationgender-specific steam roomsdry duck
the location was convenient for getting around.
The steam room situation was baffling. I couldn't use it with my partner since they're gender-specific. seriously? the pool was overrun with kids, and the bar's food was... let's just say my duck was drier than the sahara. not exactly worth the hefty price tag.

The room had a great size and I liked its design.
My check-in process was not smooth at all. I was asked to pay the room rate and deposit. the pool lacked enough loungers. There were only a few chairs available.

The staff was very helpful. Davide A. ensured I had toiletries waiting in the room. He even directed me to the nearest shop for clothes. After a day exploring, cookies and chocolates were in the room.
The breakfast service felt slow (it was not busy though). Servers crammed everyone into one area. I requested orange juice and the server told me to get it myself from the buffet. It seemed like I had to do everything myself.
