The room was adequately spacious and met basic expectations.
I found the service to be slow at times. It took over 30 minutes to receive a simple drink order at the bar. This inefficiency is unacceptable at these prices.

The room was clean and modern. The location is convenient to an underground line. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a great store just across the road (very handy!). The night reception team sorted our TV and AC out quickly.
The room was not ventilated. I had to request through an app for the room to be cleaned. This detail was not explained to me upon arrival.

The breakfast menu features several options. I saw the rooftop bar, it looks beautiful. Staff remembered my name, a nice touch.
