The staff members were friendly. They helped us with directions. Breakfast was substantial with many choices. The location, near the metro, simplified our travels.

The room was clean, moreover it was spacious, and the facilities were great in the room. The hotel also had great facilities. I thought the breakfast had a good variety, with plenty of choices. The location worked well and was easily accessible.
I found the room temperature hard to control. It was set centrally. I could not adjust it myself.

The location is really good. West Brompton station is only a few minutes away. Access to central areas is easy. The District line connects key spots in the city, though the parking was expensive!

The hotel has a bar. There is also a restaurant. A lovely coffee bar is in reception. I noted a handy snack bar serving sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and drinks 24 hours.

Staff was very friendly. English may be a second language for some staff. the communication worked fine. One of the staff went out of her way to prepare a special dish for me.

Rooms look updated. The hotel provides toiletries. The modern rooms were recently revamped. I found them very clean. The rooms also appear to be soundproof as there was no noise from neighbours.
