the recently renovated bedroom i had was excellent. it was nicely decorated, and the bathroom was especially nice (i really liked the new tiles). the staff were helpful, and the location is unbeatable with the tube station just a short walk away. the hotel is also close to bus stops.
The air conditioning in the room could have been a little stronger. It struggled to keep the room as cool as i prefer.

The hotel's location offers great access with west brompton tube station nearby. It makes travel into the city centre easy. the district line is convenient for reaching various destinations. bus stops are right outside the hotel, too.

the restaurant provided excellent meals at reasonable prices (i think so). the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options, and it was well organised. there were options for both english and international tastes.

my room was one of the newly refurbished ones, and it was very spacious. the twin beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was quite large. the room was also very clean, with fresh towels provided daily.

The room was clean, moreover it was spacious, and the facilities were great in the room. The hotel also had great facilities. I thought the breakfast had a good variety, with plenty of choices. The location worked well and was easily accessible.
I found the room temperature hard to control. It was set centrally. I could not adjust it myself.

The location is really good. West Brompton station is only a few minutes away. Access to central areas is easy. The District line connects key spots in the city, though the parking was expensive!

The hotel has a bar. There is also a restaurant. A lovely coffee bar is in reception. I noted a handy snack bar serving sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and drinks 24 hours.

Staff was very friendly. English may be a second language for some staff. the communication worked fine. One of the staff went out of her way to prepare a special dish for me.

Rooms look updated. The hotel provides toiletries. The modern rooms were recently revamped. I found them very clean. The rooms also appear to be soundproof as there was no noise from neighbours.
