Heavenly Escape, A Stay to Remember
spacious layout comfy bed lovely toiletries attentive doorman
The premium double room was a dream with a spacious layout, and a huge, comfy bed created such a relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary water and the lovely toiletries were so considerate. Online check-in meant I got the key quickly upon arrival. The doorman was so attentive and helped with my bags. It was a great start.
The air conditioning defaulted to 22 degrees, making it uncomfortable even with the windows open.

Staff greeted me warmly and expressed appreciation for my loyalty to the hotel. Jaime was a pleasure to talk to in The Level lounge, always smiling. Dervis assisted with my luggage and made my departure smoother.

The hotel lobby flowed wonderfully with access to the bar, restaurant, and elevators. I found the multitude of mirrors throughout the public areas to be a stylish touch. The design felt fluid and open.

This location is wonderful, with easy access to Great Portland Street and Regent's Park tube stations. These stations made traveling across the city very easy. I found exploring nearby attractions simple and fast.

amazing stay! totally recommend
friendly staff superb location bright decor
I was welcomed so warmly! every staff member was friendly and helpful! the location is superb. It's just off the main roads and right next to regent's park! public transport is close too. Getting around was easy. i really enjoyed the bright room decor! the whole place feels efficient. It's excellent considering how large it is.
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. i had some trouble regulating the temperature.

The reception staff was very accommodating! every request was handled quickly and efficiently! the concierge service was especially helpful with luggage and travel arrangements. I felt cared for by the entire team.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym! there were modern cardio machines and a selection of free weights! the bar area was vibrant, with a wide range of cocktails. the common areas were super clean and well kept too.

The hotel is near many transport links. Getting around town was easy! regent's park is very close. various tourist attractions were only a short walk away! i found it so convenient for both business and sightseeing.

helpful staff comfortable room convenient location
the room was quite comfortable. i appreciated the provided toothpaste and toothbrush. It was a great touch! the location was near three tube stations, it was convenient. i was able to easily access many points of interest.
The walls were a bit thin. Ear plugs helped!
