friendly staffsuperb locationbright decor
I was welcomed so warmly! every staff member was friendly and helpful! the location is superb. It's just off the main roads and right next to regent's park! public transport is close too. Getting around was easy. i really enjoyed the bright room decor! the whole place feels efficient. It's excellent considering how large it is.
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. i had some trouble regulating the temperature.

The reception staff was very accommodating! every request was handled quickly and efficiently! the concierge service was especially helpful with luggage and travel arrangements. I felt cared for by the entire team.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym! there were modern cardio machines and a selection of free weights! the bar area was vibrant, with a wide range of cocktails. the common areas were super clean and well-kept too.

The hotel is near many transport links. Getting around town was easy! regent's park is very close. various tourist attractions were only a short walk away! i found it so convenient for both business and sightseeing.

the room was quite comfortable. i appreciated the provided toothpaste and toothbrush. It was a great touch! the location was near three tube stations, it was convenient. i was able to easily access many points of interest.
The walls were a bit thin. Ear plugs helped!

breakfast provided an amazing spread with eggs made to order. i appreciated the selection of fresh juice and smoothies, this made for an enjoyable start to the day. the staff was attentive and ensured all needs were met.

the staff at the level club reception provided excellent support and service. the bar staff was attentive and quick. i found the assistance offered during check-in to be quick and effective.
