the location is fabulous easy access exists to public transport. housekeeping kept the room beautifully presented and serviced daily. i found the front desk staff professional and helpful with any requests i had.
the bed was rather small and the room also felt tiny. the tv package offered only basic channels. i noticed a lack of complimentary extras in the room no biscuits or cotton pads were provided.

friendly security spacious room helpful staff central location
i found the security staff friendly and helpful upon arrival they directed me to reception the receptionist was cute the room i received was spacious and clean nice bath robes and slippers were provided it was near chinatown and other convenient locations. the hotel is close to soho covent garden and chinatown all locations are only a short walk away. i found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly the only thing that it needs is a hotel sign we walked past it twice.
the tv remote in my room did not work i had to ask for a replacement the next day

the hotel is situated near many attractions the location made it easy to get around and back to the hotel several underground stations are nearby making travel convenient. it is located close to various restaurants as well as shopping areas.

the staff consistently offered assistance from the lobby area to the elevator the team seemed committed to providing prompt help security was friendly and helpful and gave directions to reception upon my arrival. the receptionist was funny and cute.

the bar had a relaxed atmosphere it was nice to see people chatting and laughing in the bar this area has friendly attentive staff i ate in chinatown which is fortunately a short walk from the premises.

efficient laundry helpful housekeeping professional staff convenient location
i appreciated the location. it allowed for straightforward access to public transport , galleries and museums. the front desk , housekeeping and restaurant staff were professional. laundry service was efficient and helpful.
i noticed the hotel appears to be showing its age slightly. it needs some refurbishment, but it was not a major issue.

the restaurant provided great food. i found the octopus starter delectable and the cod main course beautifully cooked. the pear tart was a perfect finish .
