The complimentary waters, coffee, and tea were replenished daily, and that was VERY thoughtful. The room had ample wardrobe space with drawers, I could unpack all my belongings. I also appreciated the large TV and the inclusion of a fridge in the room.

I found the staff to be helpful . They were always available to assist with directions and other requests. I also appreciated the reasonable prices for the rooms. The hotel provided complimentary drinks between 6pm and 8pm, a nice perk.

the location provided easy access to public transport and a sainsbury's store. i had a problem with the air conditioning, but staff addressed it promptly. complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch. i found the room to be spacious and it included an electric teapot.
the hotel charged an extra fee at check-in for the room key.

The air conditioning in the room was quite ineffective. it struggled to cool the space, even when set to its lowest temperature. this made sleeping difficult. The room felt stuffy despite my attempts to adjust the controls. also, the variety of gluten-free options at breakfast was limited. I only found packaged cereals available.

My Double Room had plenty of space to store luggage. The flat screen TV was large and easy to use. The air conditioning worked well. I found a good selection of typical continental items at breakfast.
I noticed some chipped paintwork in the bedroom. The bathroom tiles also showed cracks. Noise from the adjacent room made it difficult to sleep. I had to call reception a couple of times to address this disturbance.
