i loved the location , it's really unbeatable , i could easily get to the tube or walk to many places i wanted to see. the staff greeted us warmly every time we arrived , this.
i found the room layout to be a bit odd , the sink was in the middle of the room. also , the street noise was loud , it was nearly impossible to block it out even late at night.

the floor was dirty and that's not the best FIRST impression. the sink drained poorly and that wasn't great either. street noise made sleep difficult. It didn't quiet down until after 1 am IT seemed.

this hotel offered many amenities. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. breakfast included an expansive buffet with both hot and cold selections (i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit options). the staff was always available to assist with any request.
i noticed slight wear and tear on some of the furniture in the room.
