clean room television issue complimentary water
The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the television. I found complimentary water bottles were replenished daily. This was a nice touch.
The elevator near my room made a slight humming noise at night.

a balanced stay
great location attentive staff comfortable room used lip balm dirty carpet
the location was great. it was close to many attractions. the staff was wonderful, and they were very attentive. the room was lovely (i got the brompton suite) and comfortable.
i found a used lip balm in my room upon arrival. carpets seemed pretty dirty everywhere. also, the cappuccino i ordered tasted horrible.
