comfortable bed good breakfast convenient location
The rooms offer a good size. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the Italian restaurant next door was very good.. I especially liked the selection of pastries. I found the location convenient.
The hotel corridors are quite dark, which can be a bit disorienting at first.

mixed feelings about my stay
dim lighting overpriced value
the location was acceptable because of its proximity to many attractions.
the hallways felt unwelcoming with the utter darkness. navigating them was difficult due to the dim lighting and i found it a little scary. i think the hotel is overpriced for the value i received.

some issues despite location
dark hallways substandard breakfast
the location is good because it is close to public transport.
the dark hallways did not give a pleasant feeling. i also found the breakfast totally substandard and overpriced for what it was. the room was not cheap, so i found this very disappointing!!!

poor service slow lifts
The hotel location was fantastic. It was easy to get to many attractions from there.
The concierge service wasn't good at all. An older gentleman was already assisting another customer when my group arrived. The other customer received great service, but we didn't. the lifts seemed very slow.

Excellent stay!
excellent linens central location
The room had many toiletries and included a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable with excellent linens. The location was very central. It was easy to reach many attractions. I walked to Big Ben and the London Eye.
The concierge desk was understaffed. An older gentleman gave great service to a previous customer, but our party of nine did not. Lifts were slow and there was a cross examination to use them.

The staff were friendly and cute. Isabella walked with us to our room. She showed us all the room amenities and helped us with directions. I appreciated the prompt and efficient service.

Breakfast included several options in Luciano's restaurant. There is an Italian restaurant and STK restaurant attached to the building. I liked the lobby bar and tried mocktails. The gym had treadmills, weights, a bike machine, and an elliptical.
