din gave me the best check-in. he was very personable and helpful. i loved the little extras like sweets and a hot cookie when i arrived..
the air conditioning did not function as it should have. it was very warm in the room. the receptionist offered me another room but it had the same problem..

I had issues with the air conditioning. It was stuck on and made a lot of noise all night. i tried calling reception several times to get help, but nobody answered. also, the tea tray was missing biscuits and only had one tea bag.

unclean bedinadequate refund
I found hairs on the blanket, and also underneath it. this made me think the bedding wasn't changed, that is frustrating! i was offered free breakfast as compensation but by the time the bedding was changed it was nearly 2am, not useful. i asked for a partial refund but the manager only offered 10%. Unacceptable when i paid a lot for an unclean bed
