The hotel is near transport options and the arena. The room had good amenities including a coffee machine. Breakfast had varied choices with cheesecakes offered one day. The staff offered port wines and chocolates as a nice surprise.
The lifts were a bit slow during peak times.

The location was GREAT! It was close to the transport hub, the Oceanarium, and the waterfront. The hotel was also well-equipped. The staff were also very attentive.
The elevators were quite slow. One needs to select the floor on the display in the lobby, not in the lift itself. Waiting times could be very long during busy times, like check-in and check-out.

at CHECK in, nobody offered help with my luggage when i arrived by taxi. i had to manage everything MYSELF. later, i found the room too hot even with the ac on FULL blast.
