charming stay in the heart of it all

I found the location convenient with easy access to many attractions and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. my room was clean, and the hotel seems to have been recently renovated. i especially appreciated the ideal location!
the electrical switches were a bit confusing to use, something i found a slight nuisance

The hotel has a bar and a restaurant named olive. I found it quite enjoyable. breakfast had a good variety. I found it succulent. complimentary drinks in the fridge included beer, pop, and water. Every day, water and coffee were refilled.

the hotel is in a very convenient area! it is walkable to dining, attractions, and shopping. the hotel is near buses, trams, and the subway! a short walk took me to the waterfront and pedestrian street.

The location proved really good. i found the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. the rooms were modern and impeccably clean. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary mini bar drinks. They added a nice touch.

The location was supreme, right by the iconic Arco da Rua Augusta. This meant I was only five minutes from major attractions and fantastic restaurants. My room was beautiful and clean. The staff was excellent, always polite and super friendly (a real plus!). I appreciated the complimentary fridge stocked with drinks like beer, soda, and water.
I found the room a bit small for an extended stay, but it was manageable.

I found the location quite central. The arch was steps away, and this made exploring easy. the staff was helpful. One member at the bar directed me to a fine sunset spot. they even secured a takeaway cup from the restaurant to ensure i had hot coffee, showcasing their commitment to guests.
The room was missing a kettle. I had to request one from reception.

the hotel features nespresso machines with coffee sets in all rooms, a thoughtful touch for coffee lovers. assistance with luggage weighing and taxi advice was readily available. the hotel also made sure to help with directions to tourist spots.

The room had a modern bathroom and I saw that it was very clean. Soundproof windows kept out street noise so my sleep was peaceful. I appreciated the free treats in my room, I drank sodas and enjoyed chocolates.
The electrical switches in the room, was confusing for me.
