the staff were polite. the location is near a metro line, very accessible. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, including pastries and fresh juice.
the room was small. there were no plugs by the bed, inconvenient. the wall plugs seemed outdated.

The location is very good, close to both the metro and the train station. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the good value for money i received. the facility is simple yet functional. It met my needs well.
I was assigned a handicap room. I did not require it. i would have preferred a standard room.
