the hotel was brand new. the rooms were clean and stylishly decorated. the breakfasts are amazing. we also very much enjoyed our dining experience.
The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work very well. the room was not cleaned. the doors of the rooms do not have soft close.

The service from the staff was EXCELLENT. The pool area offered plenty of space for sun and relaxation. It also had refreshing drinks at the pool bar. The room was clean and tidy. The gym was also good. I visited it regularly.
The instructions to get to our room were abysmal. I got lost for a long time.

The room had good amenities and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing kept outside noise to a minimum. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The laundry room had washers and dryers. Two laundry pods were included.

The on-site restaurant, Santa Marta, offered a wide variety of dishes. The cafe in the lobby was convenient and served excellent coffee. I got breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant.

the staff was helpful through the whatsapp number and reception. my room was cozy, with a kitchenette and a smart tv. the 24-hour gym is adequate for a quick workout. i found ample space to work if needed (which was great).
the hotel is new, so a sense of primacy was felt, but some spaces pictured did not exist. i booked this hotel expecting a bar and restaurant with many seating options but ended up competing for a sunbed.

The staff was very helpful. They were easy to reach through whatsapp and the reception desk. they provided prompt assistance with all inquiries and requests (very professional). the team ensured all needs were met.
