the staff was very friendly. the rooms were comfortable. they provided fresh bread every morning and thats was wonderful. i also liked how walkable it was to get around.
breakfast delivery was a little late on my last day it arrived after 8 a.m.

the location is very central, near shops and restaurants and it was all very walkable. the metro station is close and that helps, and i was able to easily reach various sites.

The front desk staff were helpful and wonderful. the loft was impeccably very comfy and tidy. i enjoyed the daily delivery of fresh bread and pastries. It was a nice touch.
the accommodation facilities were a bit misleading. the beautiful room felt dull and dark and the layout wasn't great. i kept the same towel for three days even after i asked for them to be changed.

the location was convenient, NEAR many restaurants and shopping areas.
the breakfast was not good for THE price i paid. I was expecting more nutritious options instead of just bread and pastries. on the last day, they forgot to deliver it ALtogether.

The staff recommended a couple of excellent restaurants. That was helpful.
The breakfast was quite basic. Not much choice. i found the lack of soundproofing to be an issue. I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. also, the room was a bit dark because of where the window faced. There wasn't much natural light.
