the staff were very helpful and the location was great (especially the proximity to shops).

the room was small, and the tv didn't work. i mentioned the tv issue several times, but nothing was done. the price was not worth the quality.

really good service excellent service helpful directions

i experienced really good service from everyone . edigs at reception helped move our rooms so two couples could be near each other. kyle at breakfast provided excellent service, a really lovely young man. the tall doorman with glasses was very friendly and gave helpful directions.

the heating and air conditioning in the room were quite noisy, requiring me to remove the key card to stop it.

The location was convenient.

The television in the room did not function. Staff did not resolve the issue despite multiple requests. The price was not commensurate with the offered quality, I thought. It was expensive for what was provided.
