EXCELLENT Central Location!
tram stop friendly staff airport access
The tram stop RIGHT outside the hotel door was SO convenient. I took the tram directly to the airport terminal for only £7.50. The staff were friendly and helpful EVERY time I needed assistance. I would DEFINITELY stay here again on my next visit.
The breakfast buffet could use a LITTLE more variety, BUT I understand that menu decisions are made at the group level.

The room was spacious and INCLUDED a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and a well-lit work area, perfect for catching up on emails. A modern television offered various channels, and the air conditioning kept the temperature just right. The bathroom was super clean with fluffy towels.

i found the location quite convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions and public transportation was nearby. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.. i appreciated their proactive approach during check-in and check-out. the breakfast offered a great variety and was quite tasty, including fresh options each morning.
the room felt a bit dated, and i noticed a slight musty odor upon arrival.

a balanced stay
helpful staff early check-in mouldy smell clogged drain
The staff were really great. They let us check in early. they were always helpful too. breakfast was good, but the dining room got very busy at times. it was hard to find a seat.
the hotel grew on me. the hotel smells a bit mouldy in the passages. our drain in the shower was really clogged up. it always drives me nuts.
