mixed experience with some disappointments
dusty room broken light
the hotel location is great for city access.
the room i received was not up to standard i found the room to be dusty and not very clean. a shave light in the bathroom was broken as was a ceiling light. road noise was excessive starting early so sleep was difficult.

great location lovely staff pet-friendly hotel hard mattress broken hairdryer terrible air output
the location was great for accessing local spots. the staff were lovely and upgraded my room for free. i appreciate that the hotel is pet friendly.
the room really needs attention. the mattress was hard. the hairdryer settings weren't working and the air output was terrible.

Average Stay with Some Disappointments
dusty room wrong bath plug
I found the room to be quite dusty, especially along the skirtings. The bath plug was also the wrong fitting. It seems unbelievable someone attached the incorrect plug. I was offered complimentary cocktails as an apology for the bath plug issue. The reception team seemed rather dismissive upon check out.
