i found the staff helpful ! they quickly assisted with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. the breakfast buffet was great, with a sufficient variety of hot and cold items! i especially liked the fresh fruit options.
the room i was assigned to, faced the street and experienced a bit of noise during peak hours.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There wasn't a huge amount of choice. The space felt too small for the number of guests wanting breakfast. I also noticed the staff seemed short-handed.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was not cooling the room enough. i had to ask twice before receiving a small, portable fan. this made sleeping difficult because of the heat.

The location was very handy. I could easily walk to the train station in less than ten minutes. i found the parking convenient as they have a parking lot . the hotel is near the city centre, so i walked to many attractions and malls. everything was within walking distance.
my room had little natural light, and the lighting was not ideal.
