The air conditioning did not work properly. It was not cooling the room enough. i had to ask twice before receiving a small, portable fan. this made sleeping difficult because of the heat.

The location was very handy. I could easily walk to the train station in less than ten minutes. i found the parking convenient as they have a parking lot . the hotel is near the city centre, so i walked to many attractions and malls. everything was within walking distance.

my room had little natural light, and the lighting was not ideal.
