I appreciated the convenient location near public transport. The staff was always helpful and available. I found the room to be clean and well-kept. The hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall.

decent stay overall
extra activities great decoration soundproof rooms restaurant cost
i liked how close the hotel is to the haymarket station. i visited for a special event, and the hotel went all out. they provided extra fun activities, and the decorations were great. it.
i was really excited about soundproof rooms, but these were hardly soundproof. the hotel restaurant and bar area is directly below 1st floor rooms. the staff refused to cooperate when i asked if there were any higher rooms available.

mixed feelings about my stay
chaotic buffet difficult tv
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. it felt more like a chaotic buffet than a relaxing start to the day. People were pushing to get food. the layout seemed poorly designed. also, the tv in my room wouldn't let me connect my phone to watch anything.

modern stay near attractions
quiet location modern look early check-in excellent breakfast
the hotel location worked well it was a quiet part of the city near restaurants i walked to the city center in twenty minutes the bus stop was five minutes away the hotel had a modern look and felt very clean. the hotel staff was friendly they accommodated my early arrival with check in this was helpful. the breakfast was excellent. the hotel had nice beer selections.
the room storage was minimal i only saw four coat hangers there were no drawers for clothes this was not convenient for organizing my belongings.

the breakfast area included several hot and cold options i saw fresh pastries and fruit there were also hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage i found the coffee machine easy to use.

the staff addressed my questions quickly at the front desk i requested extra towels and they arrived within ten minutes housekeeping staff maintained the common areas daily i appreciated their attention to detail.

the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions several restaurants are within a five minute walk i noticed two coffee shops and a pool hall nearby the tram stop allows for quick transport.

the lobby features a photobooth i saw guests using it to create mementos it cost four pounds per session the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes the bar had a foosball table.

Fun stay in a great spot!
convenient location efficient check-in fun activities
The location was really convenient for seeing the sights. Check-in was efficient, the staff greeted me warmly. I appreciated the activities offered. They added an extra level of fun to my stay. The room provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit.
The breakfast buffet was a bit limited considering the price. A wider variety of options would have been welcome. Some items were not consistently refilled.
