warm room persistent noise
the staff were helpful. they assisted me with directions.
The room was very warm. I couldn't adjust the thermostat, and opening the window didn't help much. also, the noise from the street below persisted late into the night. I had trouble sleeping.

beautiful decor fantastic shampoo amazing view
The room decor was beautiful! I totally loved how it matched the photos online. All the creams and shampoos in the bathroom smelled fantastic. The view of kids playing on the field by the school was also amazing!

some issues dampened the stay
noisy fan single glazed window
the staff were friendly that's acceptable.
the bathroom fan was so loud i almost didn't sleep the window was single glazed a very draughty situation resulted the room became quite cold.
