The hotel staff were friendly at check in.
The room was small and noisy. I could hear everything from the room above and to the side, including doors closing and people talking. Outside traffic noise was an issue too creating a poor night's sleep, poor sleep.

Breakfast in our room was really good and met my expectations. The bed provided unparalleled comfort. I did not want to leave it. The late check-out provided much appreciated extra time. The staff were attentive and provided a welcome atmosphere.

I loved the thermal experience. It included a snow room! the salt room offered such tranquility and a jacuzzi filled the entire floor, a true haven. two saunas and the tepidarium offered relief for my joints, it was lovely. olivia created a luxurious facial experience. Her warm, kind manner made it really good.
i noticed some stairs upon arrival, and no one assisted with our bags.

check-in was easy. the room service breakfast was superb. i'll keep this chain in mind for future trips. the location was good. the bed was super comfy! plus, the staff seemed friendly upon check-in. i will stay at IHG hotels again.
