solid stay near haymarket
convenient locationfriendly staff
the location was close to the haymarket tram station. it made access to the airport easy. my room was spacious. i also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful ! the breakfast included choices from a continental menu and one warm menu item.
carrying luggage to the room was inconvenient. i understand the building has stairs to access

the location was fantastic, just a couple minutes walk from the bus and tram. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the shower was hot and strong. i appreciate the restaurants nearby, and a tesco express is just around the corner.

The hotel is a short walk to the city center. Buses are easily accessible too. i used the m-tickets app. It offered cheaper tickets i could buy in advance. the staff were very friendly. the tram from the airport was a 30-minute ride directly to the hotel.
The shower's water pressure lessened when other guests showered. That was a slight inconvenience.

Public transport is very close. Both a train station and a bus stop are nearby. the area has local food shops, and i could walk to the city centre. this made exploring the area simple, and i liked that.

The continental breakfast had a simple selection. It was still good enough for me. i booked extra and chose from six different hot breakfast options. This kept me full until evening. there's also a very cozy café one minute from the hotel.

My single room was lovely and quiet. the room had good facilities, and everything was comfortable and clean. the well appointed bathroom had a good shower. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is a nice victorian style building. i appreciated the possibility to leave my luggage after checkout. the hotel is quite fancy looking. The building's older style adds character. the hotel felt secure.

My room's window was broken and held together by tape. Black mould was also growing on the window (a rather unsightly view).
