the location proved easy for trains and trams. the bar area was modern with a lovely vibe. front desk service was fast.
they have a strange policy of not telling guests about no room cleaning unless requested.

the staff was so kind, they carried my suitcase. my cosy room. i loved the interior, it was beautiful. i felt so welcome and comfortable during my first solo trip, i really needed that.
the room couldve used better soundproofing, i heard street conversations late.

The staff were great in all areas. their friendly and professional welcome created a great vibe. i also loved the location. It was easy to get into the centre but away from the hustle.
the lift broke down . my fiancé has mobility issues and had difficulty getting upstairs. drinks were also very expensive, a bit disappointing.
