the room decor was gorgeous.
breakfast was underwhelming. the food was greasy and not tasty, it was like cheap ingredients. the 11am check out felt too early, especially after a christmas party night.
The staff demonstrated great friendliness. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I especially enjoyed the easy access to nearby walking trails. The Luxury Room was well-appointed with thoughtful amenities.
The service was slower than expected, particularly during afternoon tea. I waited quite a while for my tea. The table was not cleared quickly enough (it felt overcrowded). I noticed a cracked teacup during my tea service.
