the staff were very friendly , and i received a room upgrade upon arrival. the room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well-prepared. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to various parts of the city.
the restaurant service was slow , and the steak i ordered was not cooked to my liking.

The reception staff were lovely, i felt welcomed. the bed was comfy, i slept soundly. the waterfall shower in the shower room was relaxing and enjoyable..
The hotel is currently surrounded by a building site. Some access routes are closed. i found myself in a dead end late at night, it was unsettling.

the room was spacious the windows were well soundproofed so outside works did not bother us
i received a ribeye steak after 30 minutes it came without peppercorn sauce i waited 10 more minutes i sent the food back to be reheated the chips were soggy the onions were over salted

the reception staff swiftly checked me in. my superior room was well-kept and quiet. the bar downstairs offered a relaxing atmosphere (i especially enjoyed the pool table!).
the air conditioning in my room seemed to have a weak output. i found only two accessible sockets, a slight inconvenience.
