“The Scholar distinguishes itself with a unique setting on the University of Edinburgh campus, blending modern luxury within a historic estate, with renovated facilities that maintain a family-friendly atmosphere alongside spots like the Brasserie restaurant. Its location means you're a walk away from both Holyrood Park and local cafes, and it has on-site parking, which I think is a plus in a city location. I believe its combination of convenience and character should appeal to both leisure and business visitors.”

convenient locationclean roomexcellent breakfastsmall roomearly noisetree felling
The location was convenient, I could easily access the city center. My room was very clean, also comfortable. The breakfast provided an excellent choice of options.
The room given to me was very small for a beautiful double. There was hardly any space around the bed. Building works created a lot of noise early in the morning. Reception asked me to move my car at 8.45am due to tree felling.
