excellent location safe stay amazing bar service small room narrow sofa bed cleaning issue
the hotel's location is amazing! i felt completely safe walking around (even late at night!), and everything was so close. the royal mile was right there. the hotel was also really clean. the bar service was great, available all day and night.
the room i had was quite small (a bit cramped, actually). i paid extra for a sofa bed, but it was super narrow, really not worth the extra cost. it felt disappointing considering how much the room cost. someone had left an item in the room before i arrived.
