reception staff gives a friendly welcome. they explained all facilities. my room has a comfy bed. linens are lovely and so soft! the bar is quiet. i found it restful.
i waited a little to check in. there was a small queue.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The junior suites were very clean and tidy. I found the facilities to be excellent (especially the shower).

The bed was AMAZING!!! I found it so comfortable and cozy. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful .
Finding my room was difficult and I think the hotel should provide a printed plan. It was like a rabbit warren. The food was just ok and not somewhere I would choose as a restaurant. Drinks are overpriced.
