Really good City Center Suites!

The three bedroom suite had an really good space, really! Two folks used crutches due to injuries, and there was tons room to move about. Ramps from the front door were so welcomed. Its closeness to the central area meant a wheelchair was easy to use! The hotel provided some assistance for us to manage our stay which was fantastic.
The boiler had issues the whole time, I reported it to reception since I could not get hot water. It ran hot for mere minutes. I could not use the bath. The boiler needed resetting all the time.

Location was fantastic and easy to walk to! The apartments were close to transport links. The hotel is very close to many local attractions, which makes things easier when visiting.

I enjoyed the kitchen facilities, they made making meals simple. There was a fridge. The kitchenware were clean , made dining in that much easier.

The apartment was spacious. Spotlessly clean rooms were pleasing. The comfortable beds were fantastic after a long days of sightseeing. Everything you would need was at hand, a real home from home!

Staff were really cute and efficient and done everything with a smile. Assistance was provided to manage my stay! Access to the roof terrace was a huge bonus as it was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic Stay with Central Location

the apartment was spacious and well equipped. i found the bed to be very comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep. the location was excellent for shopping and reaching tourist spots. i appreciated the proximity to both train and tram stations for easy airport travel.
the tv was a bit old and did not support app streaming.

the staff was helpful, particularly at reception, assisting with storing our bags after checkout since our departure was late. they let us keep our bags.. this made our final day much easier, as we explored the city without luggage.

the location was very central and convenient for accessing various attractions. i found the proximity to calton hill especially appealing, as it was right there. waverly station was also just a short walk away, about three minutes.
