The room was neat and comfortable (just what i needed after a long day). there were plenty of towels for me. the bed was comfortable. the location is perfect. It's close to the main attractions.
The breakfast area got crowded pretty quickly. It was a small space.

the hotel's location was acceptable for accessing the city center.
the room was too dark, even after turning on all available lights.. the temperature control was faulty, not allowing it to go below 19 degrees. the twin beds felt unusually narrow, and the smoke detector emitted a bright, distracting light throughout the night, difficult.

La Belle Angele was across the road. This made attending the concert very easy. The room proved to be surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options. Staff prepared a full breakfast early one morning to accommodate an early start.
The hotel lacked a mini fridge in the room. This would have been useful to keep items cool.

The location was very walkable. I could reach many sights, shops, and restaurants. Staff were friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay.
The hot breakfast items never felt properly hot. Scrambled eggs seemed the worst, and hash browns had a very dry texture. I requested two beds but only got a sofa bed.
