great location and friendly service

the hotel is located near the train station and shops i found it easy to walk to both the cathedral and george square from the hotel. the staff were very nice at the front desk they gave us information about a cheap parking lot nearby. the hotel also offers a complimentary drink upon arrival. the room had good linens and wash products.
the tv in the room did not work it was a slight inconvenience but did not significantly impact my overall experience.

the staff was always helpful and very friendly i found the wide selection of breakfast options very convenient. they suit many tastes and preferences.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods and drinks available. one staff member kindly prepared vegetarian sausages for us showing a willingness to accommodate dietary needs. the complimentary drink at the lobby bar was a plus.

the room was really quiet and clean i was able to control the temperature with air conditioning. good linens and wash products are available. the room layout and overall decor were aesthetically pleasing and well-kept.

poor fry uphigh noise levels
The breakfast situation was not ideal. the 'fry up side' seemed lacking, and the taste wasn't great. Also the orange juice machine was out of order. the noise levels were high at night. there was noise both inside the hotel and from the street outside, and a noise policy seems non-existent.
