Excellent Central Stay

central locationfriendly receptionquiet room
The location provided easy access to the train station. The reception staff was friendly and offered assistance when needed. The room was well-soundproofed. I found fresh milk and water in the fridge, along with quality coffee supplies, a nice addition.
The narrow balcony on the 7th floor limited its usability.
Service
9/10
The reception team was happy to help and provided attentive service. Staff members were available 24/7 to address any needs I had, which I appreciated greatly .
Facilities
8/10
This provides access to higher floors, though wheelchair access from the front entrance is limited due to street-level access. Access to the room requires passing through multiple key-carded doors which is a bit excessive.
Dining
9/10
My room came equipped with a kitchenette. This space featured a microwave, a dishwasher, and an induction hob, as well as a fridge and complete dishware set which allowed for convenient meal preparation.
Rooms
10/10
The room had a large bathroom with modern fittings, it also offered a very comfortable bed and bedding. The layout made efficient use of the available space, contributing to an overall positive experience

Spacious and Well-Equipped Apartment

spacious apartmentgood locationhorrendous noise
The apartment was spacious with a good location in the city center. The design was beautiful and it was fully equipped. It had everything I needed. I cooked dinner a couple of times and easily made breakfast, because supermarkets are just a few minutes away.
There was horrendous noise all through the night from glass bottles being emptied from the surrounding bars. It is a real shame because everything else about the hotel was spot on.
Rooms
9/10
The apartment included a generously sized hallway, bedroom, and bathroom with good storage. A washer and dryer were available, alongside kitchen utensils and appliances, which allowed me to have a comfortable experience.
Service
10/10
Reception staff were personable and helpful. They ensured all my needs were met. The staff always greeted me with a smile and friendly banter. They were super helpful and kind throughout my stay, which I appreciated.

the room was clean and the central location was convenient.
i was disappointed with the noise level in my room. there was loud loading and unloading of steel beer kegs from a nearby nightclub in the middle of the night. it was very disruptive to my sleep, and the windows did little to block the sound.
