carpet stainsstained towels
the room i got showed definite signs of wear. i noticed concerning stains on the carpet. the towels also had noticeable stains (it made me question their cleanliness). it was also annoying i had to pay extra for parking.

the location proved ideal, placing me conveniently close to the ovo hydro (it was just a short walk). the staff members were friendly and efficient. i also had a meal in the restaurant and found it to be good. the restaurant staff were helpful and found us a table.
i encountered some issues . the shower on sunday morning was lukewarm (i did receive an apology from reception). the seats in the foyer were not up to the standard of the hotel, and the breakfast area had poor, uncomfortable seating.

the location provided quick access to the ovo hydro (i could actually see it from my window). the room included a safe for valuables plus an iron with its own board. the staff were helpful when i needed directions to nearby shops.
the hotel had work ongoing, with dust sheets covering the hallway on my floor (it seemed a bit untidy).
