large room ironing board fresh fruit perfect location
I secured a large room. I then asked for a room with a better view and that was arranged. there was an iron and ironing board present. breakfast included fresh fruit, greek yogurt, olives, garlic, and pastries. the botanic gardens were in a perfect location for me.
the soundproofing wasn't great and i did notice outside noise from street traffic.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Spot
friendly staff helpful concierge return visit
The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the receptionist particularly pleasant. The concierge were really nice too assist with every request. I definitely plan to return soon (maybe even next year!).
The limited parking was a minor inconvenience. I had to circle the block a couple of times before finding a spot.
