Really good Hotel Experience

I found the hotel staff helpful and accommodating. My room had excellent decorations, and it was very clean. I particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool. It was 1 meters deep. The breakfast offered a wide selection of choices. It was partly buffet and partly à la carte (the omelets were delicious!).
The hotel has poor soundproofing, so I could hear the train outside, sometimes disturbing.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Its decoration included unique details. The provided amenities included a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. This contributed to a very relaxing stay.

The shower in the room was amazing.
The staff interactions were consistently poor. Receptionists were not friendly, and I found their assistance lacking. When I tried to call with questions, no one answered the phone. It was very frustrating.
