My room had modern amenities. The mini bar was stocked. The bed felt very comfortable. I found two serviceable lifts. The breakfast was delicious each morning at the restaurant. The staff was helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness. The location near the metro helped.
I asked for a wine at the bar. No one was there. I asked reception to call someone. This took some time. I would have preferred faster service.

The staff was friendly always. They are available when needed. The director was dedicated. I see him very humble. He seemed very attentive to the hotel.
