staff were helpful with directions! the room had modern decor and blackout curtains. breakfast offered a wide array of fresh options each morning. the rooftop bar offered panoramic city views, with a lively atmosphere in the evening.
the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries, this made organization slightly difficult.

Acceptable stay with a few issues
small room shower leak
The room was quite small (i booked a medium room). There was barely enough space to store luggage. The shower door also leaked. I told the staff, but it was not fixed. The bathroom floor remained wet after each shower.

easy access transportation option historical site pombal statue
the hotel provided easy access to transportation options. i could walk to various restaurants and nearby historical sites. i had a view of the marques pombal statue from my room.
i experienced a delay one night because of limited elevator service. the elevators were busy due to the rooftop bar traffic.

cozy dinning room good drink unfriendly reception uncomfortable table
the rooftop bar have a good vibe. drinks were good to. the dinning room is cozy, it provide tasty food options.
the reception staff are not friendly, it dont look like they engage with people. the rooftop have staff that are good though, but locals was nice, I did be on a table they wanted.

charming stay!
helpful staff rooftop vibe
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the rooftop bar created a whole vibe. i enjoyed the food and drinks there. The location is also good, only a short walk to the metro.
the cocktails tasted watered down, specially considering the price. i expected a stronger drink for that cost, but i was a little disappointed.

vibrant atmosphere convenient location friendly staff
The hotel's aesthetic appealed to me, and the rooftop bar created a vibrant atmosphere. I found the location convenient, as it was close to restaurants and shops. The staff at check-in were friendly , and they quickly helped me get settled.
The clear shower door in my room offered no privacy , which I found a little awkward.
