the hotel location feels perfect. it was a short jaunt to beautiful gardens plus museums. the transport links. i totally loved breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, a real standout. environmental consideration happened everywhere. the staff also looked friendly and helpful.
i booked parking however my suv didn't fit the lift. finding a spot outside became the only option. the transparent toilet situation was awkward! i prefer things more private there.

The breakfast service included fresh juice. Cooked-to-order eggs were available. The restaurant staff was helpful. The room was very clean.
The shower area was transparent. The sink was openly located beside the bed. I found the open sink placement visually disruptive. There were no towel hangers in the bathroom.

the staff offered professional service i appreciated the well decorated interior i also found the hotel maintenance perfect the hotel's proximity to pastéis de belém and mosteiro dos jerónimos was convenient
the absence of a dedicated bar area was a slight disappointment

the hotel is located within a short walking distance of the memoria church and the tropical gardens i found the riverside area of the tagus easily accessible from the hotel it made exploring the area simple.

the hotel offers a really nice breakfast the restaurant has a good variety of food the staff provided special tea i believe it was made with a family recipe when i wasn't feeling my best.
