I really enjoyed the free drink at the downstairs bar. It was such a nice welcome! the toiletries in the bathroom were lovely, a really nice touch. i also appreciated the free water in the fridge upon arrival. It's always good to stay hydrated ing.

the work surface in my room was a bit narrow, a little tricky to work comfortably.

I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the breakfast. The team prepared a nice pack for my early departure.

The carpet in my room had a slightly unpleasant odor. I think the soap dispensers need replacement.

The room included a television that worked perfectly. There was also a mini fridge for storing drinks. A big wardrobe provided ample space for luggage and clothing and the linen felt nice and crisp.

Luggage storage was available after checkout, which i found helpful. The staff ensured my belongings were safely kept. This service allowed me to explore without carrying heavy bags and it was SO convenient.

Breakfast provided many options with delicious pastries and cakes. Fresh fruit and cooked eggs were available. Several kinds of ham and cheese were on display each morning AND the breakfast room was clean.

the staff was helpful. i did appreciate their assistance with directions.

The air conditioning was a major issue. It seemed to shut off randomly during the night. this made the room unbearably hot and caused very restless sleep, so i'm not happy with the overall comfort.

The wood floor creaked very loud. Neighbors woke me at 5:30 in the morning.
