i appreciate the helpful reception team. they were always available whenever i needed assistance. my room was clean, tidy, and it smelled good with a very amazing perfume on the sheets. the facility always smelled pleasant and fresh throughout my stay.
the hotel gave me a room on the first floor facing the front. it was very NOISY due to the traffic, sirens, and metro activity. i changed to a fifth-floor room at the back after my first night.

the hotel is close to shops. the subway stop is near, allowing quick access. almirante reis avenue location makes exploring simple, so one can find things. the hotel is about a 30-minute subway ride from the airport.

staff members were very friendly and cute . i like that they provided helpful information about the area. check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. one finds that the staff is always attentive and polite.

The hotel staff were helpful and very kind! I found the check-in process simple and quick. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions. I TRULY appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station.
I experienced some noise from nearby traffic despite the double glazing. The sound insulation could be improved. It affected my sleep a little.

The romantic room featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The decor included soft lighting and romantic artwork. It created an amorous atmosphere. A rainfall shower and a jacuzzi tub were also present.

i found the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room was well-equipped with everything i needed. the location is convenient with shops close by.
i was only allotted one coffee pod during my entire stay. i was also only allotted one water bottle. if i wanted more, i needed to pay for them.
