The hotel staff were helpful and very kind! I found the check-in process simple and quick. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions. I TRULY appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station.
I experienced some noise from nearby traffic despite the double glazing. The sound insulation could be improved. It affected my sleep a little.

The romantic room featured a very comfortable king-size bed. The decor included soft lighting and romantic artwork. It created an amorous atmosphere. A rainfall shower and a jacuzzi tub were also present.

i found the air conditioning worked perfectly. the room was well-equipped with everything i needed. the location is convenient with shops close by.
i was only allotted one coffee pod during my entire stay. i was also only allotted one water bottle. if i wanted more, i needed to pay for them.
